********************BEWARE**********************I I got screwed over on my purchase and auto leveling set up. Just bought a Camper that “had” Auto leveling system on it. Well I came to pick it up a week later after their PDI to make sure everything was working. I immediately noticed my auto leveling system which was the BAL 7.3 was changed out for a cheap $230 lippard power hitch. I asked why the hitch was gone and after a few people they said at first they had to replace it cause the power board of the BAL 7.3 system wasn’t working. Which is weird cause It worked perfectly fine when I tested the crap out of it the day we bought it! By the way BAL is a high end brand. So they decided to replace it “wink wink” or swap it to another camper without notifying me or even asking me if I’d pay for it to be fixed or what would I the owner like to do!!!! I googled the price to fix the switch panel it’s literally $328 bucks. Then they changed gears while speaking to the service manager, she said well also the control box was bad too conveniently! Again it worked fine the day I bought it. That is $1100 which again I would have said let’s fix it and pay cash!!! HELL I WOULD HAVE PAID FOR IT ALL!!!! Sadly I also paid a crapload for an extended warranty which might have also fixed that part but no one thought to check or even ask. Pretty sure the warranty covered that kind of issue since it’s the you know “ Platinum” warranty!!! But never at any time did anyone call the new owners to ask what I wanted to do. So it’s shady at best or let’s say sketchy at best. They just did their own thing which kinda seems shady at this point!!!! I’d love to trust them but at no point did anyone and I mean anyone reach out to say hey this is what we found. So be careful and I at this point wished I had went somewhere else. The camper is great but it’s missing a KEY FEATURE!!!! if they don’t even think to call me for that what did they find and not even fix that I just got stuck with. Or what else is missing now and they switched out. Cause if I hadn’t have even noticed they wouldn’t have said a single word!!!!
Pretty crazy and I’m wondering if someone else got it!!! It’s an expensive system and again high end so maybe someone else wanted one and they took mine and swapped it for an $300 cheap power hitch. I asked for the original part back and conveniently they threw it away already!!
WORST PART IS THE “SALES” PRICE WAS FACTORED WITH THAT NICE AUTO LEVELING FEATURE CAUSE ITS WELL OVER $5500 to install one.
THIS IS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!! I was never even notified they were fixing it if they actually fixed it. I would be very very cautious going here. I thought taking photos helped, turns out they don’t care about any of it. They are like mehhhh whatever it’s yours now dude.
Side note: Tricia the sales rep was the ONLY great expierence and helpful!!! But still at this point I can’t recommend them and would maybe have chosen anther dealer no matter how far the drive was to see their inventory!

Steve and Michael (from parts/service) are great people. I bought a battery and they helped me troubleshoot and fix other problems. They are friendly and know what they are talking about. They are the reason I go to Optimum RV

I had very good service at the Harlingen location Ms. Vasquez and her crew were very helpful and knowledgeable about my motor home RV. They fixed all my problems with my RV I am very satisfied with your work.

Cat communicated very well and made me a great deal on my new trailer! Highly recommend working with her. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the products and equipment available. She was not aggressive or pushy and allowed me time to consider my options.

The service from Mike and Whitney (and the tech) was wonderful. They found my issue (which could have been major - a refrigerator replacement) to be a minor unhooked wire. Sent me home with a diagnostic fee and a great confidence in knowing I can take my motorhome to them in the future and not get taken advantage of! I trust them and will definitely be using them for any issues in the future.

I worked with William and he must’ve been the nicest guy and most patient salesman I’ve ever worked with. I went in and saw so many different RVs and he patiently day after day. Explain the difference once again from the ones that I had seen the day before. William definitely deserves his commission on this one. He had good teammates as well, who did everything they could to help find me my dream RV. I cannot wait to learn how to back up my truck into the fifth wheel system. Although, I must admit I am very nervous about that. However, I know that they will be most helpful and again I can’t thank you all for your time and your patience. I think that this is my first purchase of an RV, it kind of showed a bit. .

I boughy a used rv and had a great experience dealing with Whitney as my salesperson. She was very helpful and understanding about my budget and what I wanted. The service department was also great, and Michael who did my final walkthrough with me.
