This is unacceptable. I ordered my son a pair of shoes and this is how the box arrived. Both of the boxes were torn up like this. It looks intentional, as if whoever did this was trying to see what was in the box.

Trash how can mistake one last name from other trash be waiting for my package for over month and a half now they said it would be at my house but nothing that was 3 weeks ago trash this postal service we have in robstown trash

I don’t appreciate being talked about when I came in looking for a package that I received a pickup notice for. She went to the back and was whispering running her mouth about me to another employee. If this post office was ran correctly I wouldn’t keep getting notices for items that were already picked up and let’s not mention my coasta sunglasses that left Corpus Christi’s post office to go to this one and they disappeared. Next time she runs her mouth about me I won’t be leaving a review I’ll address her unprofessionalism right then and there!

We were at the post office for passport application. The lead clerk Ruben was extremely helpful, patient, thorough, and professional. We were in and out within 20 minutes. Highly recommend!

I’d like to start out by saying something nice about lead clerk Ruben. This was my first time getting a passport and I walked into the office 5 minutes late due to driving from Corpus Christi where I work for the State. Ruben was kind enough to still process my application and let me know that if they were busy my application would not have been processed. I thanked Ruben and had to refill out my form due to an error on my part. As I turned the form in, Michael Cox the post master for the region kept going on and on about how I should have been an hour early for my appointment and berated me as a customer and poor Ruben right in front of other employees and other customers in the office. Before the situation continued I told Michael Cox that I heard him and he did not need to continue about what I “should have” done. The situation had already been resolved by the lead clerk Ruben. Note to others maybe drive to Kingsville or other surrounding cities and God forbid you walk in the door even 1 minute late for them to simply look at your paper

This has to be the worst usps. Horrible customer service. I went in to get a passport only for system to go down. Mind you they took my money and it wasn’t returned. The supervisor was horrible. Mind you I have the receipt where they took my payment but yet couldn’t reimburse my money for the system froze. Only for them to say sorry there’s nothing we can do. I’ve yet to get the money back and the customer service line is busy every chance I get to try to speak with someone. Mind you they wanted me to pay a second time. Horrible horrible service. Lorena Gonzalez was a no help after being on the phone with someone from accounting, I specifically told Lorena I can’t be missing work and getting prolonging yet another week. I was also never notified of any transactions or refunds.

Moving sometimes can be frustrating. Not getting your mail is even worse. Being told you technically have two ZIP codes is even more complicated. But as I’m getting the debacle straightened out, I’m thankful to have a mail carrier like Zeke on my team. He has gone beyond the call of duty then sure that I get all of my missing packages. I have never received such attention and communication from a mail carrier. He is the silver lining. Thank you.

I left something important (medically-related) at my Mom’s when visiting and asked her if she could mail it back to me and have the fastest delivery. I needed it by a certain day and she was told it would not arrive till after the day I needed it AFTER she had already paid. She told them she could’ve been notified it wouldn’t arrive on time before paying and he was rude in responding. I called a few minutes after and asked if we could retrieve the package so we can send another way and the girl on the phone did not sound like she wanted to help AT ALL. She made it sound like getting my money back was going to be such a huge problem and I told her I don’t care about the money and I just really needed my package and she ended up hanging up on me. The customer service here is completely lacking. The 2 staff members we dealt with were so rude & unprofessional. If you have to drive to a different location, I would say do it even if this place is closer. It’s worth going somewhere else where they actually care about their job and taking care of the customer.

More than once a thin older male front clerk/ postman has been so rude thats it’s beyond my understanding. I was nothing but kind but he just couldn’t admit his mistake and decided to be rude instead. I hope he changes his character. It was not my fault that he made a mistake.

They loose your mail and the man in the front says nothing can be done at all unless there is a tracking number. Stop usins USPS they are useless specially if you are runing a business.
