Love My HEB in Robstown. This store has lower prices than some of the other H‑E‑B. But the Staff is always helpful. I got ten cases of bottle water and the girl who got them for me was very polite and helpful. Love shopping at HEB.

. All HEB Stores are great. This is an older one in a "Mexican" neighborhood in Brownsville, Texas. Plenty parking in large unshaded lot. Caveat: Brownsville has awful drivers, be especially careful. Standard foods stock. Very few no- or low-sugar items, despite being in one of the highest diabetes-incidence neighborhoods on the planet. HEB has excellent store brands, good prices, nice in-store deli. Rick .

I must say, HEBs are one hell of a grocery store chain! They are huge.. and contain everything you need to make life great! (that is grocery wise) I've been to a few HEBs while I stayed in Texas both times, but this one in particular stood out to me... I guess that is because I actually bought things here that I needed, vs tagging along with my bf's family and what not. The grocery prices were pretty reasonable.. The produce all looked great, and fresh, and cost a bit less than it normally does up north. They had a deal on peaches for 3/$2.00 that day.. very tempting! Meat was drastically lower in price than I've ever seen before in my life! It was shocking.. It almost makes me want to move to Texas... and of course...You can buy beer, liquor and wine in the grocery store... very handy! HEB is a one stop shop!
