The USPS claims that it delivers "to every residential and business address," but that is not true in the Rochelle Texas zip code.The Rochelle post office refuses to deliver to my home. They told me that I did not need to install a mail box because they will not deliver. When I get mail for my home, the post office holds it at the office, but the only time they are open is part of the afternoon and one hour on Saturday (21 hours per week).
