This day I went to make a deposit for my house payment as I always do. I have done it for 3 years and I have never had a problem and this day the cashier treated me very badly, I asked her a question and she started yelling at me that they don't speak Spanish at that time. bank when they have already attended to me, nothing happens I told him my daughter speaks English and my daughter told him in English that the question was why he did not want to give us the deposit receipt and that he needed the receipt and that I was not in the account, obviously how am I going to be in the account if I am the depositor... and I have to call the owner of the account to arrive and deny everything. Really a call to those in charge of the bank to improve their customer service. and are not discrimination for clients. I took a photo of the cashier and she started making signs with her hands and I told her that I would file the complaint on Monday and she told me, I'll wait for you here.

Had an issue with my bank card and once I called, got the specific problem and brought it to my home branch, it only took minutes for my rep to fix it. So helpful and efficient, I couldn't ask for more!

I used to enjoy going to my bank. Classic bank tellers always knew my name & greeted me when ever I came there. Now idk it seems like all the country make u feel welcome kind of people r gone. I just don't understand ?

This bank is horrible!!!!! Unfortunately I bank here and multiple times they have allowed fraudulent charges to be taken out of my account. Overdrafting my account and I don't even have over draft! You can never get ahold of anyone ever and they aren't open on weekends

I keep getting weird charges, I always have a mail returned charge. Will never be using this bank again.
