Props to my local credit union! I cannot recall one bad experience ever with RFCU! All of the employees, from the top to the bottom have always treated me with care and respect. The services they offer, [checking/savings accounts, loans, general financial advice, etc] have been instrumental for my financial survival! Thanks again RFCU, for always having my back!

been banking here 25 years. Customer service and experience overall has gone downhill. Poor communication with customers. We will take our business elsewhere where we feel valued since it is the customer who keeps this business open.

Great bank! I have had an account here for 20 + years . Everyone one is helpful, and kind. I get all my loans though RFCU with no problem, & with a great interest rate.

Employees are incredibly rude to talk with.Some of the lady's at the window are wonderful, but anyone “higher up” is terrible to deal with and just act entitled… Never had a credit union as badly organized or as rude as the employees here. Avoid this bank and take your business down the street.

I love this place! My husband and I have been with the Credit Union for over 35 years or more! They are very friendly and helpful! We have several accounts with them and they manage them very well!

Everyone is this bank is nice, helpful, always has a smile on their face and treat me like I am a very important person. I caught some fraudulent charges on my account and went up there, they took them off and sent me a new card. They treat me, and my money just how they should. With respect.

Deposits and payment processing are very slow, even compared to other credit unions. The tellers are nice for the most part but anytime I needed to do anything other than a simple deposit I was treated as if I was giving them a huge inconvenience by choosing to do business there. They have a limited online banking system. They are not the worst in the world and do not seem to be predatory, but banks are usually overly positive to try to sell you on something and this place is the exact opposite. The customer service is severely lacking.

Do your self a favor, bank else where. We attempted to get a simple notary performed here. We needed something signed so that we could sell our home the next day. (Closing was Friday, we attempted to use this banks Notary Thursday). After asking if my wife was a member, the banker informed her that they do not help "non members" and handed her two sheets of paper. One was a list of "benefits" for joining the CU. The other contained a phone number that we could call for a local notary. It was a Rockdale "notary" phone line I guess. Guess who the person on the phone recommended that we try in Rockdale? This Credit Union ! LOL Any how, after an hour and a half of trying random businesses in Rockdale. We finally found a notary, we went on to sell our home, and deposited the proceeds at a different bank. (we are new in town) Not only did they treat us right, our account was free! Do you think this credit union would have treated us the same if we had informed them of the thousands of dollars we were about to have in cash?
