Guy with a name tag that says "assistant store leader" is on his phone more than the staff. Started coming here about six months ago. It gets a little worse each time I stop in.

It’s never stocked no sodas no snacks and the food they cook is always cold and old..fountain soda machines are always a mess coffee products are always nasty and it’s always dirty place trash outside always full… the employees are always on their phone always gotta wait on them to finish talking before you interrupt you get the snake or dirty eyes. They lock the doors a lot without out cause. They never suggest of sale or ask if you’re a reward member nothing. Honestly I rather go to the gas station a building away to the right of it.

The young black lady there refused to help me with a transaction cause someone had called off and she had to stay till 10pm very unprofessional and quite Franky every time I go in there and she is there there's a problem with something I will not be coming back to 711 due to this employee I would expect better from one of the biggest gas station in the US this lady should be fired ASAP she does not care abt this store or the customer!!!

Every time I go here, the fountain drinks are always almost or completely out of syrup. What’s the point of having all the big gulp cups if the fountain drinks are always out?

Three employees behind the counter this morning. I asked if one could help me. They told me I had to wait. I said ok, but I need to get to work. So, they told me to leave. I travel a lot for work, and I've never been treated as rudely at any establishment. My coworkers, and I will not be back. No worries. I went to Exxon and was fast, friendly service.

Coming here often after and before work for red Bull or gas or snacks! Even ATM if you have chime it’s free no fee. it’s by my house. Billy is very kind always positive and makes my day better with our 30 second conversations always positive words really makes my day after long day of working! Thanks Billy

I just left here and I don't understand how y'all can hire someone like Mo, MO MO. He should not even call himself a man because he is not one at all. Not only did he tell me not to come back again. Which is bad for business. He threatened me when I started to voice my opinion.

Completely false in pricing and the food was horrible. Not that you expect much from a gas station. But I would expect the price to actually be correct and the food edible. It was double the advertised price and most of it went in the trash. Don't waste your time or money. Restrooms were also disgusting. Will never stop at a seven eleven again and will stick to rest stops.
