I would have given zero stars if possible.
Bought two types of screws last week and told two different Ace associates we wouldn’t use both so asked if we can return those we don’t use. Both said “yes, you can return with no problem.”
Go in this morning to return and was told “no” that any and all supplies that could have been used for hurricane preparation cannot be returned.
Simply said, we were lied to and can no longer trust Ace Hardware in Rockport, and Ace anywhere else as far as I’m concerned.
From now on, I get what I need at Walmart or drive to Aransas Pass or Corpus for my hardware needs.
I’m telling anyone and everyone so that they are forewarned.
Update: I’ve informed 5 neighbors and my 2 brothers and they all are incensed at how we were treated. That means that so far Ace Rockport has lost 7 more customers, and I’m just getting started.

I ordered pickup online, and they assembled my chainsaw and polesaw and put oil and fuel . Nobody has ever done that! These guy's are great!
