“My wife and I have lived at Tide on 35 for about a year. We are so glad to have found this jewel of a community.
Tide on 35 is clean and very well maintained. The layout of buildings, parking, and amenities like the community house, natural gas outdoor kitchens, pool, and gyms are nicely planned.
We like spending time reading or swimming by the pool and sitting on our balcony (3 BR / 2 BA unit).
The staff of Tide on 35 including leasing, maintenance, and Parkway Property Management are very attentive and available.
The feel of the community is luxury - with wide breezeways, ample sidewalks, beautiful nature palm trees, and lovely landscaping. The apartment homes have granite counters in the kitchen and baths, at least one large bathtub, and modern flooring, trim and baseboards, doors, and very efficient HVAC.
We are happy and proud to call Tide on 35 our home.”
