This store has been around for a long time The staff is very knowledgeable they have all the parts you could absolutely need along with even some plumbing supplies. All the people that work there are great and know what they're doing and what they're talking about. They even help me change out my windshield wiper blades and add fluid to my car. Love love love this place”

“Never in my 71 years on the planet have I received this kind of phenomenal customer service!
I can honestly say that the folks there treated me like a ROCKSTAR!
I am disabled, I use forearm crutches, and I wear full leg braces, so I walk like the villagers were chasing me with torches last night! Lol! (Remember those old Frankenstein Movies?)
With that said, when I pulled up, I saw an employee run to the door to open it! After he welcomed me to NAPA, the employee behind the counter said, 'Here you go Sir, I have a stool for you to sit down on!'
Everyone there was extremely friendly and accommodating! It was AMAZING!
I needed some windshield washer fluid, some oil, and an oil filter. An employee immediately grabbed my purchase and carried it out to my car for me!
When he saw me struggling to open my hood, he opened it for me! (I have arthritic hands that are starting to look like claws!) Lol! (Remember those old Wolfman movies?) Anyway.......
He then gently insisted on putting in my air filter, filling my oil and my windshield wiper fluid! I tried to tip him, and he refused it!
I said ''C'mon, you went way beyond the call of duty!''
He responded by saying that it was his job, and that he loves helping folks, regardless of their situation! What a great place!
I don't know much, but I do know that the world is a better place because God put people like those folks in it!

“So last night I get done hunting with my friend and I come outside to find my tires flat I already had swapped my spare on because my main tire blew out a couple days before and find out that my spare was old and blew out as well I called Walmart 7 minutes from closing time on a Sunday night and ask them if they'd be willing to stay open 15 minutes past closing time to help me fix my tire so I can get to work the next day they did so and put a new tire on closing 30 minutes after their normal closing time I was very appreciative”
