“I recently opened up an account at the Rockport branch. They have been extremely helpful with many questions that I had. Their rates are very comparable to most other banking facilities. A few times I’ve been inside. I’ve always been greeted upon arrival with a smiling face and hello welcome to Rally credit union.
I did learn something new yesterday. They have no change counter and you must wrap your own coins for deposit or cash. I would’ve never dreamed that a facility that handles money does not have a change counter. They were kind enough to give me wrappers for my coins. I returned today and they gave me cash, but I also learned they do not accept loose change for cash. She was very kind and said she would do it today and I did appreciate that. I had five dollars in dimes, nickels and pennies that I could not wrap. I would have given her a five star prior to yesterday And the coin debacle. So far their customer service has been outstanding.”
