I was shopping around , I grabbed some phones and alarm went off, employee told me to seat down and pretty much not to touch anything since she was with another customer and she had to stop what she was doing to go turned off alarms.
I am a paying customer.
I did not get her name.
Whoever was employee on Sunday 11/24/2024 @ 2:05 pm

Store owner : you are on your way to bankruptcy with employees like this.

Whoever it is working on Saturdays she is very rude. I don't know about the rest of the staff but I will not go back to that store.

The worst location ever. Rockport location, short hispanic wide load look. Can't give name because she didn't introduce herself and does not wear a name badge. (I WONDER WHY?) I WILL GO BACK JUST TO GET HER NAME. Very unprofessional, I witness this wide load instruct another customer to go outside to call 611 then walk after the custome only to lock the door before 7pm and not let her back in even after the custome knocked on the door. IT WAS NOT CLOSING TIME! I will be closing my account and will let as many people know how terrible Cricket employees are. It's obvious they hire low life and u knowledgeable employees.

Worst cricket store I have ever been to. I went to upgrade my phone and was told they didn't have anything but iphones. She said they were waiting on a shipment of phone but had no idea when they would be there. I needed a phone because mine was not charging so I bought an iPhone. I went through progressive leasing to purchase the phone. The next day I took the iphone back because I did not like it. She took the iphone and the charger but never gave me a receipt. I called progressive leasing to cancel and they told me she didn't add the charger as being turned in and that I would have to pay for it. I went back to the store to tell her and she told me she couldn't add the charger and that I would have to pay for it. She is not very professional and needs more training if she is going to be the manager.

If I could give this store a negative rating I would!! My husband and I went into the store to pay our bill and to look/purchase a new phone. The young lady acted like we interrupted her and was very rude when we asked about phones. She stated our system is down and didn't know when it would be back up. She also stated we are moving locations and that it takes a while to do that.
