The most ridiculous computer-generated assistant ever. 10 minutes on the line. Just trying to talk to a person and I was hung up on. Absolutely. Will not use FedEx ever again do to this situation. Do not get caught in the FedEx assistant loop.

Good store, but small and have limited services they perform. Good for basic postal services.

Supposedly there are a few FedEx's depots around town why I have no idea, but there is another one at the Rockport Mail Center. I've been trying to tell them to drop it off at the Walgreens store but I'll have to go looking for my package if I want it. Sorry but I don't know where else they have another most likely the Post Office.
