Poor maintenance, pool does not get cleaned correctly. They charge a decent amount in rent and cannot fix things or they say the owners do not want to spend the money to get anything fixed

When moving in from a big city, we were unsure where to start. So happy we found gulf shores villa! Complex is not too big & very calm. Amanda is an amazing property manager & Anderson is super sweet & on top of all the maintenance. My family loves it here 💜

I love this complex, it's beautiful and not too big. Moved in at the end of 2022. Everyone who works here is great, friendly and helpful. I felt right at home as soon as I moved into my beautiful apartment. I have no plans to move again.

These apartments are so beautiful inside and out, they’re very spacious and cozy. The office staff is so kind and helpful. The maintenance guy knows what he’s doing and very timely with the work orders… This place is the best!!!

They only have units available for "their" program which is a tax credited program. She stated it wouldn't be until next year that they would have anything available.
