I've been a customer of the HEB Pharmacy for almost 20 years and I absolutely love and appreciate all of the people who work in the pharmacy. They've helped me through some of my worst pain and illness. They are an amazing crew of people and I wouldn't trade them for the world!! 🤩😍😎🤗💖💯

I requested a refill for medication I NEED at the beginning of the week. I did not hear anything from them about it being ready so I called Friday. Apparently something happened in the system or they forgot/missed it because they claimed I never requested the refill. Then today, Sunday, I’m finally contact it’s refilled. They close at 5 on Sundays but I was right down the road at 4:50, so I called to give them a heads up. The lady on the phone was so incredibly RUDE. I was telling her I was close to being there and I really needed the medication today. She just kept repeating “we will be closing at 5:00.” I get there at 4:56 and the window is close and they won’t answer the phone.
I have been trying to get my medicine all week, because I am out today. I try to call to be apologetic because I know it’s frustrating for people to come right at closing time and instead I get someone very rude and won’t even listen to the situation. AND they were closed up before 5..

Waited on prescription to be filled for 6 days. When I finally spoke to a very rude, short pharmacy rep to ask why isn't wasn't ready, I was told it was out of stock at the warehouse and I could transfer my prescription to Walgreens if I wanted. When I tried to ask when it might be available she cut me off and rudely replied "I don't know" I have been very disappointed with customer service here before, but I always chalked it up to they are just really busy, but come on. There is really no excuse for poor customer service. I will be transferring all my prescriptions to Walgreens.
