Amazing and beautiful place to visit. Don’t own a even or trailer but we rented one of their cabins and it was an amazing experience.

We stayed for 4th of July weekend. The resort was so nice and clean. We took 2 rv’s and were side by side. Both spots were roomy with lots of shade. Everyone was friendly, especially Lori, who manages the resort. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and comfortable. We will definitely be back. We have finally found an RV resort the we love!

The only reason I gave lagoons 1 star is because they don’t have an option for 0. If you have any plans of having a good time when you come to rockport do not bring your travel trailer here. The management is run by disrespectful, rude and grouchy people that only care about them selves. If you plan on coming to this park do not bring your children because it is no longer child friendly, kids are constantly getting yelled at and told to stay off the roads with their bikes. I would recommend this park to nobody except old grouchy people that have nothing better to do than ruin others day and weekend. Please avoid this park if you can!

Spots are a little tight to turn into, but once there it's a very nice RV park.

All the residents are so kind and we had so much fun visiting our grandparents! I'd do it again in a heartbeat. Just gotta get the folks there an ice cream machine and it would be the complete package ;)

Good RV park. Friendly people, lots of activities available. Lots of trees and all that goes with.... I recommend and will return.
Rooms: You have to bring your own room, FYI.

Update: We went to rent a spot and boy have they gone up in price. They've gotten really hard to get on the phone and mailbox was full. No, return phone calls when I sent a email. I called again to cancel and they had no clue what I was talking about. (Spring and Summer time). Found a nicer place down the road.Awesome place to stay in Rockport. Not a resort. But, does have park models and cabins to stay in. Nice activity center. Friendly staff.

We lived at Lagoons during the winter seasons only from 2019-2023. At first, this was a fun place to live. We really enjoyed the area, and enjoyed the residents of this park. However, things started to change rapidly. We discovered that there was a large group of Winter Texans in particular that were very "cliquish", and exclusive. They were nasty and acted and spoke like old crotchety mean people. It made living there a challenge at best. They made it known if you didn't "belong". It was like high school, and it was disgraceful. Then in 2022, they started raising the rent $100 every 6 months. We began paying lot rent at $420 monthly in spring of 2020. By the time April 1, 2023 came, rent got raised to $675 a month, NOT including power. All this while amenities decreased. Such as, the hot tub they had on-site broke, and the new owners just chose not to replace it. They also decided not to let winter Texans keep their rigg on their preferred site through the summer, even if they were paying rent. As a result, the long time Fitness Instructor quit, as well as many long time residents selling and moving on. So you need to be aware, that there is brand new ownership, and new management- both of which are very uncommunicative and not helpful. There are a ton of rules and regulations. And they keep raising rent. It's a lovely property, but until/unless the new owners/managers pull their heads out, it will NOT be a FUN place to live or stay, and it will be expensive. BEWARE....

Although the location is ideal this is NOT the place to go if you have kids. When we visited last our children were repeatedly stared at while swimming by a woman named Laveda who threatened to take their nerf ball if they threw it again, despite three adults supervising with them at the time. Full time residents have followed my kids into the pool room, library, and have even gone so far as to now lock up the games and puzzles so only the winter Texans have access. If you’re traveling with kids I’d highly recommend finding somewhere else to stay.

Absolutely ridiculous that they have raised their prices several times in one year $425 up to $695. Nice place to stay, but money hungry is all they are. They offer nothing in the summer for guests as it is all planned from Nov-March. Not sure why this place is choosing to push out regulars due to a horrible decision. We may rethink staying if they get off the high horse and good luck with keeping people to fill your camp ground.
Spoke with the "manager" and he is about as worthless as the rest of them. Its all about the $
