Never in my 71 years on the planet have I received this kind of phenomenal customer service!
I can honestly say that the folks there treated me like a ROCKSTAR!
I am disabled, I use forearm crutches, and I wear full leg braces, so I walk like the villagers were chasing me with torches last night! Lol! (Remember those old Frankenstein Movies?)
With that said, when I pulled up, I saw an employee run to the door to open it! After he welcomed me to NAPA, the employee behind the counter said, 'Here you go Sir, I have a stool for you to sit down on!'
Everyone there was extremely friendly and accommodating! It was AMAZING!
I needed some windshield washer fluid, some oil, and an oil filter. An employee immediately grabbed my purchase and carried it out to my car for me!
When he saw me struggling to open my hood, he opened it for me! (I have arthritic hands that are starting to look like claws!) Lol! (Remember those old Wolfman movies?) Anyway.......
He then gently insisted on putting in my air filter, filling my oil and my windshield wiper fluid! I tried to tip him, and he refused it!
I said ''C'mon, you went way beyond the call of duty!''
He responded by saying that it was his job, and that he loves helping folks, regardless of their situation! What a great place!
I don't know much, but I do know that the world is a better place because God put people like those folks in it!

Staff is very helpful and quite knowledgeable. It's the best alternative for parts in town. Clean store and they don't have 6 employees doing nothing like another parts chain in town.
