typically I would have rated them with a 4 to 5 star rating, but lately things have been going down hill. Parts being ordered but getting the wrong part when I pick it up is the biggest issue. Then, when i tried to order an alternator that's listed for $146 on their website, they tell me with shipping and everything else, it's over $259. Over $100 from their advertised price. Then tell me they couldn't tell me about it 2 days ago when I first asked about it because they had to make sure they could get it and didn't know how much shipping and everything would be. Hate to say it, but when they gave me that price, I just hung up and ordered it from somewhere else. If you can't sell it at the price you advertised, don't even list it.

Aransas Pass location refuses to answer the phone ever. This creates issues with coordinating rentals and especially picking up and dropping off cars

Friendly staff and very helpful. 4 star is because they said they had a part but is was incomplete when they checked. They took care of it after a 3 hrs delay but at the end of the day they worked to get the right part.
