My husband and I went into the Prosperity bank in Rockport, to open a new checking account. Gloria Vela helped us open our account. She was very nice and helpful, answering questions and we found it to be a very pleasant experience. Thank you Gloria!

Been with this bank for 7+ years and they still want to hold my check because of potential fraud. Like I have all my info your manager is just a joke who doesn't know proper IDing standards

I’ve been banking with Prosperity for over 5 years now & I have nothing bad to say about them. They are always fast, friendly & helpful. If I ever have any issues with fraudulent transactions, they are quick to fix & replace any issues that may have happened. The tellers & bankers are always positive & have taken the time to learn my name. That’s very impressionable. ? Thanks for being such a wonderful business. I would not go anywhere else.

Nothing against the bank itself!! Love prosperity bank , I have been a customer for over a decade and have multiple accounts. However , the Rockport location have the worst employees, rude and unprofessional. I went and made a with draw and I was not even asked how I wanted my bills and then was sent my money just clipped to my DL , no envelope.. ridiculous.

We moved to Rockport Tx. from Ft. Worth. We both had accounts at two of the "big banks " in town where you are as the saying goes a number not a name. At the Rockport location if we walked in or use the drive thru we and our two dogs are called by name. That's only the first reason why we use Prosperity Bank there are many more.

Why would anyone want to bank here, when they charge 1.5% to cash a check. Seems like a scam to me
