I’m constantly having my wifi go out and always in the evenings when there is absolutely no one to contact for help!!! So annoying, almost seems intentional!!! There is NO on-call service to help you. And guess what? I paid my bill today, September 1st and I have company coming for Labor day weekend and now we won’t have Wifi which also means NO TV until Tuesday! Thanks so much Rockport Wifi, y’all suck!!! I am a teacher and can’t enter grades or work from home either.

If you like paying full price for internet half the time then this is the company for you! Added bonus, they’ll do nothing to make up for missed work shifts if you work online, and they’ll charge you 100% of your bill even if your internet works 20% of the time!

We are constantly out of service in multiple homes here , weather can be amazing but again we do not have service or a way to communicate after hours and have it fixed. It’s honestly is starting to feel like a scam and highway robbery to us personally , we pay yet do not get the service we pay for nor communication . Is nobody on call ? We were told YES ….well where does that reflect ?

Have been with Rockport WiFi for year's was always happy with them but since they sold out to gtek it's horrible now, have never had such horrible service as I do now, very disappointed

The service is horrible. It never works always reseting. Have gone in personally multipul times to complain and just get excuses. Weekends and after 2pm just forget trying to stay connected and guess what, either no techs are available or they are closed. I have had small town wifi all over the U.S. and this has been absolutely the worst.

I’ve been with Rockport Wi-Fi almost a year now in that period of time my Internet has cut out more than a dozen times and it usually takes a couple days to fixI don’t know how many times I was without the Internet over the weekend when it’s up and going the Internet is good. but they do not work weekends to repair problems and that’s why I gave them three stars

Staff is friendly, internet poor performance, Saturdays and Sundays always have a problem of course office closed nobody available to fix the problem... Not reliable and not recommended for security(wifi surveillance) or business.

We have used Rockport wi-fi for quite a while and when we have service it's great. The problem is that about 30% or more of the time we don't have internet. I call and rarely get an answer, so I leave a message and usually get a call back the next day.The people are friendly but the quality of the service is very poor.

A hidden gem. Should be more popular. This internet provider is by far the best. Locally owned and operated. They truly care about their customers and whether or not you wish to remain a customer. I've been with Rockport Wifi for years and have tried every other provider through the years. They are simply the best, most reliable, most professional provider. I HIGHLY recommend them to everybody wanting reliable internet at an affordable and reasonably price. It's true unlimited and you can easily stream your Netflix or Hulu along with other connected devices without buffering. I will never have any other provider.

This internet service is terrible. Their best price is if you pay for a full year ahead of time, so you're stuck. It's Sunday night at 11:15PM, with only one computer operating on our link, I am trying to pay bills online. There isn't enough internet speed to send outgoing information. Don't get suckered into buying internet service from these people. It's close to worthless.

The wifi is definitely the slowest I've ever seen. It will stream Netflix and Hulu. You just may have to wait a bit for it to load and it sometimes gets blurry. The price is fairly cheap. You definitely get what you pay for.
