The best RV Resort on the coast! Beautiful surroundings, well maintained property, with top amenities. A big clubhouse with laundry room, showers, and restrooms. A beautiful pool area with two pools, covered area, & BBQ. Property manager Shirley makes sure every want and need is met. She is always available no matter the time and is quick to resolve any issues. Woody keeps the grounds looking beautifully manicured and we'll maintained. We have found paradise and don't want to ever leave.

Salt water flats highly recommend!!! Shirley customer service is super friendly and helpful, large concrete slabs, 2 clean pools! We will be staying again. Family loved this RV Park! Clean peaceful and spacious

This is a fantastic resort. Great hosts, nice people all around the resort. Location is perfect to both Rockport and Aransas Pass. They offer a yoga class every morning which I have enjoyed so much. Highly recommend!

Our first time at Saltwater Flats & couldn't be more pleased. Large concrete sites with plenty of grass. The resort is very well maintained. Social room & laundry facility pristine. Campers friendly. Close to restaurants, shopping, & beaches. I want to give kudos to Shirley the manager, she is amazing! Always pleasant with a smile. She goes out of her way to answer your questions & help in any way she can. Here for another month & hope to return in the future. Mark & Sue

Our Airbnb host canceled on us less then 24 hrs before our daughters bday weekend trip. So I was panicked trying to find someone else when I came on to this wonderful women Shirley! Omg she was the best thing ever and the sweetest person we’ve ever met! So helpful got us a room and even made it special for our girl! Place was so quiet, clean and relaxing. We loved it and will definitely be back again! Thank you again Shirley you are an angel!!!

There are many RV campgrounds in Rockport to choose. There are few who offer the amenities of Salt Water Flats. Shirley, the office manager lives on-site and does her utmost to provide the best camping experience for guests. The grounds are immaculately kept and the facilities are clean. The pool is the place where many guests congregate to swim, visit and partake in an occasional "adult beverage." For guests who travel with pets, you'll be glad to know the campgrounds have lush St. Augustine grass between campsites. We did not encounter a single sticker burr during our visit.
We hope to return before the end of the summer. Shirley, thank you for being a great camp host!

We have spent two winters at SWF and it's been the perfect park for us. It's so well maintained and the management works so hard to accommodate everyone. We met some of our closest friends here, and we are forever grateful. Each year has brought so much fun and more new friends. Even our family stayed with us this year and It was loved by all. It's quiet, it's clean and spacious. They are expanding and it'll be fun to see the new additions.

We just finished our second winter here and it is nothing shy of amazing. The sites are all concrete, big and very well maintained. The pool area is amazing, although we wish they were heated. But still lovely, nonetheless. The rec room is great for social gatherings or park activities. Shirley and staff were amazing. Very accommodating and they go out of their way to help the guests. This is a quiet park located close to beaches, shopping and nightlife. We can’t wait to come back this winter! Thank you all for another wonderful stay.

My husband and I stayed here in March of this year.
What a fantastic place!
We were looking for a spot last minute, and it worked out perfectly that a spot has just opened up there.
Shirley, the manager, was one of the reasons we took the available spot. She is such a wonderful host, she is one of the reasons we want to return.
We met some wonderful people there as well, who are now good friends!
The resort is very well maintained. Lawn, trees.. everything is spotless. The pools are great, although I wish they were heated. But still live the pool area and tiki bar!
We did have some people at the park that were causing some issues, gossiping about and making others uncomfortable.
Unfortunately, it's not uncommon in any park or resort, and should not reflect on the park itself or the management.
Compated to other resorts we've been to, the management here has been the best, as well as park maintenance.
I heard they are expanding, and can't wait to see what they do. We will definitely return!

We LOVE SWF! We spent the past two winters there and absolutely love the managers. The park is clean, well kept, and full of fun. We’ve met our best friends there and we all love meeting back up every year. Two pools are great and I can’t wait to see the new improvements they are making as they expand the park. Thank you for maintaining a great park!

Concrete pads and large RV sites that are well maintained, and a nice pool (unheated) that they keep clean. A dog park would be a nice addition.
The park itself is wonderful however, management is unprofessional and likes to gossip with campers as well as start some pretty horrible rumors about others. Mistee, Shirley and future workamper Kris May seem to be stuck in a high school girl mentality and are very much a "mean girl clique".
Nearby activities: Tons to do with Rockport and their many festivals and Port Aransas nearby
Safety: Seems to be a safe area and we had no concerns about our safety while we were there
