The young ladies at this office were extremely patient with my wife when she was downloading the app over the phone with them. The manager was very thorough with her steps & made the process very easy. Thank you for helping us to establish some credit & making the experience smooth.

This experience was one of my least to be impressed by. On the phone for close to half an hour with a new young lady who kept having to be guided by the Manager and therefore the process was constantly being delayed. Not the young lady's fault...it's called proper training. My credit was a hard inquiry and then the Manager gets on the phone and said my income was not enough to warrant a loan. I am a senior and I know what my daily books look like. I don't need to prove what other forms of financial assets I have for a $787 loan. I also do not need to be asked how much I spend on food. Unprofessional and the manager was brusque to say the least.

If you need money this is the best place to go for a quick loan. Lynn is the absolute best in town. Professional, kind and straight to the point! Also, if you refer a friend you get $50.
