Is Stripes named after the Bill Murray movie? This is a pretty big Stripes along the main drag in Rockport! I think these places are affiliated with Valero, and pump their gas. The gas is always a bit more than the HEB down the street, but they have a convenience store here, and more pumps. This place is pretty gross- the parking lot is always strewn with garbage, and there's always gross things going on in the bathrooms here. I honestly try to avoid this one. They have a bunch of pre-packaged processed foods here. There's some warm food like hotdogs or churros. They sell beer, mostly stuff in cans for the fishermen. Ice isn't a good deal here. The service is pretty aloof around here. No offers to help much of anything except for checking you out. This location is right across the street from the Aransas County Courthouse, so behave yourself.

Horrible extremely rude and lazy employees. Never have food ready for lunch and always use the excuse they only have one working oven.
