We moved from Iowa to Texas last year, and (thankfully) not yet needed to use Roadside Assistance…until 240am this morning. A super scary & stressful situation was put at ease when Tristan’s Wrecking Service showed up on the scene. Great personality, knowledgeable, prompt, great communication along the way - all are skills he brought to the situation today. THANK YOU for taking such good care of us alongside of a dangerous highway (in the dark), your willingness to assist us is much appreciated. We’ve already begun passing your information along. Although no one wants to be in need of a tow, we will give this excellent company 5 star recommendations without hesitation. Thanks!

Driver was so very helpful! prompt service on a 106 degree day...tested out problem and realized it was my battery...no need for a tow this time....He sure could have taken advantage of me being alone but was honest and helped....Tristan's service is now on my phone for any vehicle assistance I may need in the future (and probably will need)....Highly recommend!!Service: Battery service

I don't have a car of my own, but Mr. Tristan and his compadre helped W.S. out one day :)And the truck, if I'm not mistaken has AMAZING lights... I got to see it one night lit up so bright white, blue and red driving down the road!!!

I ran out of gas OTW to Rockport (from Lockhart -apx 30 miles south of Austin, TX)... I had never run out of fuel before, and I was traveling alone, so it was kind of an unfamiliar, ALMOST scary situation for me.
The guys at Tristan's were not only understanding and helpful, they were EXTREMELY prompt. They were ten miles away from my location when I placed the call, but I didn't even have to wait half an hour to be rescued! On top of that, their prices were not THAT bad (I had expected to have to pay an arm and a leg for the convenience of not having to walk to a gas station...) But actually, the total came to the price of the fuel they brought me, plus apx $3 a mile to compensate for their travel time... {I'm not an expert on tow truck companies pricing habits, but that was a bargain, if u ask me!!!}
Regardless, I was VERY pleased with their expedience as well as their friendly customer service skills. I Would DEFINITELY use Tristan's Wrecker Service again (although HOPEFULLY I'll be a bit more observant of my "dummy lights" n the future LOL).
