Picking up the U-Haul trailer was quick & easy. I don't remember the gentleman's name but he helped us out with the reservations and made sure we had plenty of time to travel from TX to FL and drop the trailer off without incurring too many extra charges. I would definitely recommend using this location to rent your next UHaul

Rented a trailer in Dallas with nothing but problems from check In to paying. Had a 6 hour stressful drive. Once I got to Jim he made the turn in process fast and easy. He even gave me a heads up on a bad fuse in my truck. Thank you Jim!!
