Customer service sucks. Workers are rude with poor attitudes and impatient with customers. Tish seemed as if I was wasting her time mailing out a package and had no issue “discreetly” saying things under her breath.

My mail got dropped to them vs delivered. Went in and the lady was clueless, told me they came and got it and redelivered it to meWhich never happened and I never received my items. Mailed a letter to north Carolina 3 weeks ago out of rockport, no postmark or anything. Just now arrived.

Not happy at all so the mail lady who is Asian decent leaves notes for my dad rudley telling him not to park in the driveway because she can't drive her truck by and drop off the mailIn other words she is mad to have to walk but she gets out of the truck to deliver our neighbors mailMy dad has cancer SHAME ON YOU

I would like to thank the Rockport Post Office for going above and beyond in their help to retrieve my misplaced packages while our wonderful carrier was away. Gilbert (manager) and Josh (carrier) are simply irreplaceable. Gilbert, your leadership shows what a well managed business should look like. Josh, please don't ever leave, even for one day. As you can tell, we are lost without you.

I lost a very expensive package and had to pay out of pocket because it said delivered but was never in my mail box. Today we go check the mail and see this they put the package in the mail box and left it wide open with the key! This is why peoples packages are going missing package belongs to Sarah so if you’re missing a package someone stole it due to incompetence Update: I took the package to the post office so it didn’t go missing it was given to the supervisor there she had no resolution to the constant issues while complaining to them 2 others in line had the same issue. Please call the Inspector Generals Office and file a complaint and hopefully enough complaints someone will resolve the on going issue

Personal property has been damaged more than one by their delivery personnel jamming boxes too big to fit, in my mailbox. Today's delivery of wax worms had deliberate holes in the box NOT MADE BY THE SELLER- THIS WAS VERIFIED, and the box was full of fire ants! Once again the box was too large and it was jammed in the mail box. Hopefully talking to the postmaster results in someone getting a new job flipping hamburgers. The ants were discovered after opening this box, and now they are in my home.I have a hip injury. Was needing to retire for the night after computer book keeping and cleaning house. Instead, I had to strip the house, put some pets outside and others were moved room to room in order to spray my house!!! I am beyond livid and disgusted by this offices help hired.iF YOU DONT CARE ABOUT WHAT YOU DO QUIT!

Update: it's been a month and my packages are still sitting in that outgoing mail box (I'm assuming), nobody has picked them up.I dropped off 3 packages in this USPS location's area of service. It's a week later and they haven't been picked up yet. All 3 have no acceptance scan. I've been calling them all morning and they won't pick up their phone.

I stopped by the Post Office to mail a couple of Christmas cards and there about a 10-minute wait; that's to be expected at this time of year. For the most part, the employees are friendly and helpful. I did notice a couple of people getting flustered with the process, but, in all honesty, they arrived unprepared and in a hurry.

The worst experiences I’ve had to deal with with any USPS office. Gosh forbid if your package won’t fit in your mail box, don’t count on seeing it for about 2 days. Even if your house is a 30 second walk to the road, with tons of room to back up so they don’t even have to walk it. So tired of it. They don’t even leave the notes anymore. I have to rely on 3rd party apps to tell me where the heck my packages are. Amazon delivers the packages no problem in big ole vans.. why can’t usps mosey up a driveway even to put them somewhere even close. I never see my packages for at least 2 days “oh well the carrier isn’t back yet and won’t be until we’re closed” when I need that package today.There’s one very sweet lady who works there and for the life of me I can’t remember her name, but for the most part it’s just been rudeness as if it’s my fault I’m here instead of lazy carriers.Do better Rockport USPS.
