This should be a -1. They refuse to answer the phone, no one can take care of business on the first try, after 3 trips we went to the Victoria bank and everything was taken care of promptly and professionaly. They answered the phone!! Things were ready to go on a Sat. Morn. You will never get that in Rockport.

Their customer service is none existent.They have become rude and require an appointment to solve simple issues.They act as if providing customer service is and inconvenience to them.

Got married and need to change my name on my accounts. 2 bankers working and waited for more than 30 minutes to TRY to be seen to get my name changed. I totally understand talking and having conversation with customers but I sat outside a bankers office this entire time and hear their conversation about everything under the sun EXCEPT talk of business. If you want to chat, get their number and call them on YOUR TIME...dont have customers waiting while your visiting and customers can hear that you're not talking business.UPDATE: AFTER waiting 30mim + for the banker to finish just talking with the customers, she walks out with her purse and leaves....as I sit there. Needless to say...I left with my business NOT taken care of. I'm sure she left for lunch. However, I think her break time was just spent in there visiting.

The only reason this facility even got 1 star is because the ladies working the drive thru are always nice. The waiting time is ridiculous! They have 5 regular lanes and 1 commercial. The commercial lane at the window is always open, but I been in lines 3 cars long and waited 15 minutes. I’ve waited the same in the regular drive thru. Can they not add staff at this location? Doesn’t matter the day of the week either. This customer service is at an all time low.Business Errand Runner

Just stood there in a line of 10 people waiting for someone to help us. Wanted to open an account, the only person that did that was out to lunch, it was 11:00, and wouldn't have time that day to help me when they got back. 1 person at the window for the the 1st 15 minutes I stood there, and finally a second person wandered out to start helping. I was planning on depositing a very large sum of money.

ATM is out of orderand they close super early on saturday and arent open on sunday, bare minimum is to have a working ATM

Customer service is absolutely 5 stars at the Rockport location. The only reason they get 4 is the fact they wouldn't take cash when I was making a deposit for a friend. It was a bit inconvenient to have to leave and purchase a money order.

Always very helpful and FAST. Time matters and the staff at Rockport branch are great. The highlight of this particular location is definitely Suzanne! She is the business banker and is absolutely incredible. Her knowledge has been a part of our success without question.

This bank is worthless they never answer your call even before the virus.... and they are never helpful when trying to understand some of the banking.... I’m going to drop them as a bank and go to better one.... I’ll never back here again!
