Updated 03/31/25. Weeks Fargo teachers out with their generic email address. The same email address that they sent to someone making the same complaint over 2 years ago on their one-star reviews. Obviously that person probably reached out as well as many of the other people that have reached out saying that they have slow slow service time. They have and fixed it in over 2 years. Emailing that email is obviously a waste of my time. If you haven't fixed it in 2 years clearly you're not going to fix it anytime soon. Which means you clearly do not care about your customers. I personally do not bank with Wells fargo. But the business that I work with does. So I am stuck using you. However for my own personal banking y'all have left a bad impression. I would never switch to Wells fargo. Maybe next time don't send the same generic email you've sent to everyone happy customer over the last few years for the same problem. Maybe fix the problem!
Staff is kinda and friendly which is why you get two stars. If it wasnt for them. This would be a one star review. Why!?! Does it take your branch 20 to 30 mins to get you through the drive through. Also your customer should be prioritized upon arrival in line. I could be waiting in th commerical lane for ten min to 15 mins from waiting. Then two cars pull up to the regular lanes. I pull up to be helped. Only to be told. Let me take care of those two cars real quick. Ya know it's not quick. What should max a 10 mins transaction. Turns into 20 to 30 mins. It's extremely frustrating. Must be the Rockport mentality. Every business here moves at the pace of moleasses.

Must be a terrible place to work. Can't remember when I've been to the bank and saw a cashier or banker that was working there the previous time I went to the bank. Terrible policies. Often make you make an appointment with a banker just so you can go in and access your safety deposit box

This should be a -1. They refuse to answer the phone, no one can take care of business on the first try, after 3 trips we went to the Victoria bank and everything was taken care of promptly and professionaly. They answered the phone!! Things were ready to go on a Sat. Morn. You will never get that in Rockport.

Their customer service is none existent.They have become rude and require an appointment to solve simple issues.They act as if providing customer service is and inconvenience to them.

Got married and need to change my name on my accounts. 2 bankers working and waited for more than 30 minutes to TRY to be seen to get my name changed. I totally understand talking and having conversation with customers but I sat outside a bankers office this entire time and hear their conversation about everything under the sun EXCEPT talk of business. If you want to chat, get their number and call them on YOUR TIME...dont have customers waiting while your visiting and customers can hear that you're not talking business.UPDATE: AFTER waiting 30mim + for the banker to finish just talking with the customers, she walks out with her purse and leaves....as I sit there. Needless to say...I left with my business NOT taken care of. I'm sure she left for lunch. However, I think her break time was just spent in there visiting.

The only reason this facility even got 1 star is because the ladies working the drive thru are always nice. The waiting time is ridiculous! They have 5 regular lanes and 1 commercial. The commercial lane at the window is always open, but I been in lines 3 cars long and waited 15 minutes. I’ve waited the same in the regular drive thru. Can they not add staff at this location? Doesn’t matter the day of the week either. This customer service is at an all time low.Business Errand Runner

Just stood there in a line of 10 people waiting for someone to help us. Wanted to open an account, the only person that did that was out to lunch, it was 11:00, and wouldn't have time that day to help me when they got back. 1 person at the window for the the 1st 15 minutes I stood there, and finally a second person wandered out to start helping. I was planning on depositing a very large sum of money.
