At this point I'm not happy with this service at all I've called to get the time there suppose to come out and the date and no one tells me I've waited 5 or six days now and nothing hopefully it's different for others

I would give this company zero stars if I could. They charge way too much and the internet runs at a snails pace! Unfortunately there is no other internet provider in the area. Their customer service is terrible. They don’t have that problem in Frio Canyon with HCTC!

What a great company to do business with knocked out of the flood and mount the end of the line and they still got out ASAP and got us going again thank you guys so much keep up the good work
