Milab or how ever you spell his name cheated me put of my point.
I was typing in my number when he clicked on. I told him that I don't think my number went in, And he tries to tell me it did which I know for a fact it didn't because I checked the 711 app. Then he acted like he had no Idea what I was talking about.
Garbage experience and I hope no one stops there again.

Debit card processed says Data Error for 45 dollars, clerk says run again now declined because they took my 45. Clerk says oh that happens it will be pending and back in 3 days. Talked with bank they say it was processed and settled that night. Nothing they can do I made the charge. Talked with store /manager, she says call 7/11 it is a glitch in their system sorry. 7/11 says call your bank nothing we can do. They know about the error and just steal your money. Filed with AG office waiting on them before I file small claim suit.

It’s been about 8months since I’ve been at the store. It has really gone downhill. The men’s restroom is absolutely filthy. piss all over the floor, toilet paper all floor. hasn’t been cleaned in days. It’s pretty obvious. If the restroom is that filthy, so is everything else specially, the food, the countertops they don’t clean.

I tried to buy an Amazon gift card and the Rude lady cashier of indian descent said that they were not checking out it seems that my presence bothered that lady this the first time that it happened hopefully this gets disciplinary action because of this employee probably I won't be back for a while it was much better last time with the other cashier of Ethiopian or African descent.

Gentleman working tonight 10:30 pm 04/11/23 told me I Can't bring my Dog in, He's wearing a Service Vest with his badge Full Access Laminated ID Badge Velcroed on it because I don't like dumb questions. Me "He's a service dog" Cashier "Show me the badge" Me "He's wearing it on his vest" Cashier "Next time show it to me" Sir, I hope you get to read this. there won't be a next time, if your gonna ask a question listen to the answer, use your eyes hes wearing it, look down, I don't have to show you anything, it's clearly visible. In and out in 60 seconds my dog didn't even accidentally nudge anything. I won't be back because you don't even respect your customers enough to listen to them, don't tell me to show you, ask me. You either pretended not to here me or wanted to think I'd do what you say anyways. Just ring up my sprite and Gatorade, put it in a bag and I'll hand you money. Could've been that simple.

Rudest employees I've ever dealt with. Spent $30 at the pump then went inside to get a drink and a snack, made my purchases and the cashier said I was okay to go only to yell at me that my card didn't go through. Ran it again and she still said it didn't go through and was condescending to me in front of the other customers about it.Just now at work I see that the purchase did go through! Never going back to this nasty 711 again.

The nastiest 7 Eleven ive ever been to, one restroom was out of order the other had no soap, no toilet paper and not paper towels, the roller grill was empty at 1 pm and the 2 ladies working were just standing around talking. Like I said the worst 7 Eleven location ive ever been to, I would rate this as zero stars if I could.

Convenient location just over the Highway 66 bridge with all the amenities you enjoy from 7-Eleven. Great stop before getting out on Lake Ray Hubbard!
