Didn’t have what I needed. Recommended Walmart. They didn’t either. Wasted my time. Now going to Home Depot where I should’ve gone in the first place. Ace has the bare basics or a pack of 20 when you only need 1.

This is a great store and they're always very helpful. I've always supported Ace HW over the big box stores, it's less of a hassle to get in and out of and you get know the people.
We recently bought an XL big green egg with the acacia table from them. They brought it out and helped set it up. I really didn't need the help, but they knew what they were doing and it save me some time.

Male employee refused to cut a piece of glass for me. He said it was tempered glass and they wouldn’t cut it. Had he shut his mouth for 2 seconds he would have realized that I didn’t need tempered glass and that it was just an example of what I needed. RUDE EMPLOYEE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
