Good prices and there no narqme products are always good especially there frozen foods and great family meals. The employees at our Rockwjnall store are amazingly helpful & friendly ALWAYS !

The store is usually stocked well, but they need to be better at pulling bad produce. Also, the woman with the short blue, green, etc. colored hair is a nightmare. The first couple of times I came I contact with her I gave her the benefit of the doubt and brushed it off to her having a bad day; we all have them. No, not the case at all. She is a nightmare, so rude, so unwelcoming, rushes you to insert your card. Even with the elderly in line before me. I could go on and on.

A cashier with short hair treated me very badly because I returned a ground beef because it looked very greasy. I had just bought it but when I put it in the car I realized this situation (when I took it from the counter it didn't look so bad). I complained because I was going to throw it in the trash. I like the store in general and I always buy but this situation was unpleasant and another customer started criticizing me, I don't speak much English so I thought it was horrible. Arica was so unprofessional. Very rude and disrespectful and shouldn’t be interacting with people if she hates her job so much. What a horrible way to represent Aldi.

Truly the last time I will shop at ALDI's. I've refrained from leaving a review on numerous occasions because I just don't like to be a negative person but today was the last straw. I've had very nice encounters with all the workers there but the woman with short blue colored hair. First occasion she was talking down to a coworker in front of customers, and continued to in a loud tone while walking away. How humiliating of her to do so let alone with an audience. Second occasion, my husband and I went to purchase tomatoes and we noticed many if not all had mold on them. We kindly set them aside and found a good package for us. When checking out (because we couldn't find a worker on the floor) we let her know about the moldy tomatoes and she rolled her eyes at us in annoyance. Third occasion was today, I did a pick up order. She came tapping on my trunk window, so I rolled the window down and she scoffed at me (my vehicle doesn't have capability to open the trunk with a button) didn't greet me or confirm I was who was on the order. Many other employees come to my window or passenger window and ask where I'd like the bags. There have been several mini occasions of just bad attitude from her but these are the 3 that have really stood out to me. I really hope she's not a supervisor or in any position of management because she is not fit for it. Glad Sprouts has opened up just down the street.

The produce wasn’t very fresh at all, it was actually gross. Target in Rockwall has a lot more fresher produce.The meat at Aldi was pretty good, but they need an actual deli.Overall I have decided to keep shopping at Target for now.
