Johanna is an excellent eyelash stylist. She'll customize just what you request and is very talented in aligning lashes. Its so real art form. Brielle on the front desk is super friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend the Rockwall location.

I’ve been to this place multiple times I love it! I’ve seen 2 different stylist Johanna and Yana, they are both amazing my lashes have lasted so well and look so nice! The manager Tatianna and the front girl Bri helped me sign up and are so sweet whenever I come in !

This place is the worst. I have been twice and the “stylists” were not friendly at all. The second one didn’t even provide a mirror so I can see her work. My eyelashes fell out after 1 week even though I followed instructions. The manager Tatiana called me after I canceled my 3rd appointment and was very rude. Before I saw the results, I signed up for their monthly special,, which I tried to cancel and they tell me I have to come in. DO NOT go to this horrible “salon”. They will rip you off. I plan to file a complaint. I should have seen the signs of their dirty shop but I thought I would give it another try. My mistake! I should have never scheduled a third appointment before seeing how bad these people are.

I signed up to be a member and get a discount price for lashes every month. I did not have any credit for my last lash appointment but was told because I signed up as a member that my total was going to be $99. I checked my bank account and they charged me $179 (not including my tip). I asked them for a refund for just the money that I was not suppose to pay (the $80) and at first they were refusing to do so. The manager just called me today and told me that they would give me my money back but they were going to charge me another $99 and that it will take up to 7 days for me to get back my original money back. So after multiple calls of me having to call and try to sort out money that should haven’t been taken in the first place, I am still out about $300 for one full set of lashes.
Also for this appointment, they could not find my appointment that I made via phone call with them, so I was treated as a walk in (which was fine, but did make it to where I had to wait in the office for an hour). I saw what the front girls did to other customers as well within that hour including tell one girl that she had credits that she could use for her lashes but then made her pay full price once she was done with her lashes….
Stylists there are great but it’s not worth the hassle…

Had a horrible first experience. My lashes IMMEDIATELY started falling out. I got my receipt only to realize they over charged me. So I had to go all the way back. I stood there so long I ended up being late picking up my daughter. Then they tell me they’ll call me once they fix it. The people were friendly but I will not be going back. Waste of money.

This is my first experience with eyelash lift and tinting. I am undecided about it. I didn't want too dramaticof an eyelash so this technique works well for me. I would also like to try and extension next time around. The receptionist was friendly and sociable. The technician was very quiet and I felt since it was my first time having the procedure,she would have been more personable and explaining the technique?

Everyone at this location gives a whole new meaning to service excellence. Kailee & Rebecca are two of the best at their craft. Ensuring comfort and beautiful results. Tati is the most professional and customer centered manager I’ve ever met she makes that place run smooth and always takes time out of her day to personalize my experience there. Payton & Kayla have been 2 of the faces I see when I first get there and when I’m leaving and they are the cherry on top! I know I’m forgetting some of the ladies names but everyone I’ve encountered have been so knowledgeable and kind. Thank you all so much for everything you do!!

If I cancel I get charged anyway, Hailey cancels with no notice and it is I’m sorry. Not sure this is a business that cares about these reviews, or their customers…. Better spend the money for a master, anything less is a waste of your time and your money.

I am not one to write reviews but I felt the need to warn others. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, GO ELSEWHERE!!! I got lash extensions and 90% of the lashes fell out within 2 days. (Before leaving my appointment the tech had told me she would write a note in my profile that she had a hard time attaching my lashes). A day after I called the studio and told them my a lot of my lashes were falling out. I asked them to check my profile and they read exactly what I had I said their tech told me. I asked should I come in so you can fix this issue. They said I can book a 30 min session but I would have to pay!!!! AGAIN!!!!! So they can fall out???? PLEASE find somewhere else to have your lashes done! Don’t waste your money!
