I had the great pleasure of seeing great customer service this weekend. My son’s mother needed info and advice about storage and vehicle rentals and Ms. Rangel provided that without fault. She allowed us to look at different sizes, informed us about current specials and different rental options she had. She never pushed us to go one way or the other only offering expert advice. I am glad that she was there to assist us. Thank you Ms. Rangel

Fast and very helpful. Very efficient However closing at 2pm is not helpful what so ever. Most jobs get off at 4 how am I supposed to get here by then?? Marzton was awesome and made sure we understood everything.
