Fernanda the manager she stuck with through my problem I went to 2 other locations was ignored of scurried off but she was attentative and friendly and guided me through the process of getting me a new phone.

Went for a cheaper plan since I was going overseas was told there was none which was a lie, they ended up enrolling me in a line I did not know about called phone rep after I left and found out; ended up having to cancel my account just because of there shady tactics should've read all the recent comments worst location ever
