We had an excellent experience with Jay at the Ridge Road store! He was super friendly and knowledgeable. He kept me informed on each and every part of my transaction and set my daughter and I up with new phones, watches and iPads for the best price. If you're looking for a great person to work with he's the man!!

Very helpful people working here. They are. a Cooperate store, do yourself a favor never go to Forney franchise, save some time go to Rockwall you will have to go anyway for them to fix what Forney messed up on. I'll go back to buying my phones direct from Samsung. You get a better deal anyways.

The team at this AT&T store was great! We came in with a complicated problem with two different accounts. Tamia and Willie walked us through all of the steps and made sure we were taken care of. Thank you both for your support!

I was immediately helped by Jay, alongside the manager Willie and they were both wonderful. Jay was extremely professional, courteous and informative, as was Willie. Jay offered suggestions that met my needs for my business and made the whole process of my visit and setting up my new business account very seamless and easy. He was also very enjoyable to visit with and I felt like if I ever needed any follow up help, he would remember me and continue to be of great service. It was honestly the best experience I have ever had at a phone store.

Jay-He was friendly personable and listened, though he was our sales rep he gave us honest assessment and recommendation. He shopped extra deals for us and ended up upselling us for a need we didn't think we were going to address until later (additional phone like for son). He shared with us his own preferences and that went pretty far in establishing trust with us.

Go to Frontage road store. This store is incapable of handling issues that aren't cookie cutter. They do not care about the customer and only care about justifying not helping you. Jay was the representative that couldn't solve my issue and waisted over an hour of my time. Frontage road at and t solved the issue in 30 minutes.
Go to Frontage road where they actually care about the customer.
