Had trouble with a cellphone and the worker Sara went out of her way to help us. We eventually had to use our insurance to replace it. Sara even helped us do that. I will always seak her out if we have to go back. She is a true asset to AT&T.

I had been online and on the phone with AT&T for weeks about my phone. No help whatsoever. I visited the AT&T store in Rockwall on Ridge road and the gentleman there was so knowledgeable, professional and kind. He fixed my problem right away. He is a gem!!

Jason Dearth was Patient, Helpful, and Trustworthy with everything he promised. The AT&T Rewards System in my view is not as customer friendly as it could be, but Jason helped. My service has been uninterrupted since mid December install 2024. Clearer picture and sound than I had with Spectrum.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Total rip off, they do not listen to what you want but instead sneakily sign you up for things you do not need and constantly push add ons and upgrades. Went in for a simple phone upgrade, left with a massive headache, my account was ENTIRELY SCREWED UP and ended up with fees and charges I did not sign up for. It's way too expensive for crap service. If you're not on WIFI, GOOD LUCK! If you want to test your patience and be given a phone you despise, certainly come here.

Rep wasnt transparent with increases on the monthly bill. I ask twice what the increase would be and was told $29 per month. I specifically ask about added fees and was told there wouldnt be any. My monthly bill went up by $75, not $29. I would have made a different decision if they would have been honest. To the store: Dont send me a generic response that this wasnt the experience you wanted me to have. Words mean nothing - take action and fix it!

I worked with Samuel & he was so helpful with my complicated phone situation when ordering an upgrade. He was very informative & friendly during the entire process in helping me. I will be driving the little extra to come here in the future again

Terrible customer service, overcharged and had to wait over an hour to fix what they messed up. Will go to a different location next time or back to Verizon

In the future we won’t hesitate to as for Brent at the Rockwall store. He was extremely knowledgeable and hands down a tremendous help!! We will definitely be asking for him again in the future!! Im going to start off with this: I’m a very easy going customer. I’ve worked in the customer service industry so I go in with plenty of time to spare and I’m kind to everyone I interact with. I came in with my 11 Pro that was badly water damaged for a new iPhone. I was due for an upgrade anyway and I was super excited. I was greeted when I walked in which has never been a problem, but when I sat down the gal that helped me certainly had better things to do. Dismissive, unhelpful and now I’m stuck with a phone I HATE (iPhone 15) because she didn’t take the time to explain the differences between each iPhone and what would serve me best, just went to the back and grabbed whatever phone was available I guess. Somehow I was taken off of autopay and received a call saying my bill was overdue. That NEVER happens. I’m grateful I answered the phone or else my service would’ve been shut off and bill sent to collections. I’m excited to pay this phone off and switch to another provider that takes the time for their not so tech savvy customers.

If I could give zero stars I would. Yall are so wrong. Period. I'm forwarding my concerns to the Office of the President from here. We will see what happens because enough is enough. I'm tired of being ripped off and lied to then stuck in a contract AFTER you don't hold up your end. It feels predatory and I guarantee I'm not the only customer that has had similar experience.
