Came in met Wayne to help us with a truck battery. Their systems were down, there was a ton of customers waiting, it was the 4th of July and he was not only working, but took the time to help us. He swapped out our battery in the 100 degree heat and did it with a smile. Totally want above and beyond the call of duty. He was friendly, efficient shared his story with us and his own personal experience being a Veteran. Totally transformed our experiences from a transaction to building a relationship of trust appreciation and enjoyment. We need more people like him working there and this makes me want to tell my friends about this place and come back again! Thank you Wayne and Auto Zone for bailing us out of the huge setback that we were in by needing a new truck battery ASAP! Blessings to you and your business!

I want to take a moment and recognize manager in training, Steve Johnson! He attended us today and was so kind, efficient, and went above and beyond to explain the steps he took to resolve the problem with our car. He made my friend and I, both women, feel comfortable and taken care of as he worked on our vehicle. I will definitely be recommending this location based on the outstanding service we received. I’d like to personally thank Steve Johnson for his hard work today. We went in and didn’t exactly know what was wrong with our car and he didn’t hesitate to take however long to make sure we had everything we needed. He personally sat under the hood of our car and fixed every part needed. We left almost in tears because of the amazing customer service and kindness of Steve. I wish all AutoZone’s had a Steve Johnson. Thank you again!

They’ve been very helpful and knowledgeable as I’ve been working on my 2003 Buick. Little by little I’ve basically been rebuilding the car and they’ve helped me work out the codes and share knowledge about potential issues and guided me on the path to fixing the car. Definitely will keep coming back for my other needed parts.

Came in with wiper issues. Joshua was smart, quick and provided exceptional service in helping us get new wiper and put on. We had previously been at a different place that broke our wipers so Josh's help was so helpful. Thanks very much!

Joshua provided AMAZING customer service 2 days in a row that I showed up confused with questions regarding my failing battery.

The staff at this AutoZone location were incredibly helpful, especially Jim, the store manager. Jim went above and beyond to address the issue with my car battery. He took the time to understand the problem and even offered to replace the battery at my driveway, saving me the hassle of towing the car. He was both friendly and knowledgeable, which put me at ease..
This positive experience has made me a loyal customer. If you're in the Rockwall area and need auto parts or advice, I highly recommend this AutoZone location.
