Great staff. Took great care of our puppy (that we found abandoned) and told us everthing we need to do to care for her. Puppy package is such a great thing and ensures her needs will all be met! Excellent place with wonderful staff!!

Do not go here they have no experience or knowledge in what they are doing! , dog was sick for a couple weeks went here for help… he passed away a week later due to the lack of knowledge and professional direction by the medical personnel at Banfield . Your animal will not receive proper help here and you as an owner will not receive proper information or guidance.

The staff is very helpful and kind. We had to go thru the loss of our 14yr old dog who had gone to Banfield since he was 6 weeks old. It was not easy but they understood the assignment and provided a safe caring environment for us to say goodbye ? ? I never want to do that again but they have done a great job caring for my fur-baby all these years!!

I had never visited this location before. I called the day before, and they were expecting me and my fur baby. We were treated so well! Banfield has the best people working for them. One of the ladies came out to my car and got Scylus and took him in for me. The care, the love, the respect. He forgot all about missing me. Thank you, Banfield staff in Rockwall!! ?????

Overall it was very happy with Banfield and with the vet that I had that day. They were very efficient and my dog was not frightened so that's always a plus for me. The only thing that I would add is I would like to go back with her when she sees the vet and they don't allow that there

You can read my review posted below here, but I do think you'll be far challenged to convince me that your practice is honestly trying here." Nonplussed: This practice seems to have an issue providing medical advice, clear and concise. They provide confusing or no clear answers. Might even ask you, the customer, what to do.tl;dr:They should provide medical guidance, clear and concise. From what I've seen they are very inconsistent or negligent in reviewing patient history. I may never know where the disconnect is here, but I plan to speak to as many people as possible in the management chain of Banfield to get a clear answer on the lack of medical guidance in this practice.Full Read:When you go to a veterinarians clinic you expect to get professional guidance. This is the problem here, while initially I had a dog crack a tooth and was told the root was exposed by Dr. Smith, they sent him home with pain meds to hold him over till a surgery tooth removal could be scheduled. This surgery was scheduled for 10/1.Well on 10/1 surprise, they called and asked me what I wanted to do. I asked them what the dog needed, and Dr. Mahone wasn't sure. She actually asked me if the dog was in pain. So, obviously she had no communication, or paperwork from Dr. Smith two weeks prior, where they said, it would be painful, because the root was exposed, and needed to be pulled. My problem here is Dr. Mahone literally wouldn't provide a medical opinion on what the dog actually needs. They kept asking me, what I wanted to do, or guidance from me. This is unacceptable, this place is supposed to provide professional medical guidance for pets. It could depend on the doctor you get assigned, but it's pretty worrying when you're calling an architect to ask them what I want to do with a dog that needs medical attention. Then provide no guidance on what the needs of the animal actually are. What adds to the confusion, here is that Dr Smith told me two weeks prior, what the dog needed. I asked Dr. Mahone and she was not sure, and would not recommend an actual treatment. Just told me, they "could" pull it, or "leave" it.They should provide medical guidance, clear and concise. From what I've seen they are very inconsistent or negligent in reviewing patient history.
