Just opened a business account and went to this location to deposit money into the account here, i was treated very condescendingly, By the desk lady and also threaten to close my account if I forgot my pin number again on my brand new account 🙃 also when I asked how I could change my pin number she didn't want to help me ,and she said do you want to change your pin today I replied no because why else would I ask then. proceeded to say, I could go to any Bank of America location. Felt really welcomed.
anyway, I will not be returning to this location

If I could give negative review I would do -999999 starts.! They have fees for your checking account , they have fees for savings accounts.! And customers service it’s terrible.! They can open credit cards there but you can’t pay it there, I been 2 days trying bring my credit card balance to $0.00 by calling and trying to pay off all my balance, I talked to someone and asked to pay full amount the person trick me and said it was done. Next day found out I still have a balance.! They don’t wanna bring balance to $0 because no interest can be apply.! Stay away from Bank of Robbers and awful customer service.!

My daughter and I went to the branch with no appointment for account opening, we welcomed by the branch leadership, Bernard and we received best services by Clayton, the senior banker. I appreciate Bernard and Clayton for the phenomenal services at the branch.

I've been a customer for YEARS at this location I really miss Tim who moved to louisiana and the young lady who became a teacher. Now Silvia is gone from this location as well. The quality of service for people that want to still have a bank and not be treated like cash app is insane to me. I've been in the hospital 9months and the hospital social workers have been trying to help me since my disability was stolen and i really need my money. i spoke with tristan on the phone who stated to come into the branch. i did that and the gentleman i remember works for merril but took the time to help me and explained the process. they made and appointment he put me down for whatever was left which was 11:40 am chemo took a bit longer so i called before the appointment time to say i'd be late may i come at in alternate time, This new MANAGER BOE COULD CARE LESS zero help just basically oh well you need it today i'll give you the number btw i already spke with tristan at that number who told me to go into the branch with my hospitals paperwork. This guy could care less about the customer at all just call this an that what i loved about Tim who got me to leaves wells fargo a long time ago was this branch ability to KNOW their clients and not even a little bit trust you like cattle. I miss the old bank of america and SIlvia managing this branch. Pay attention bank of america you are losing people because you forgot what made you great before. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Hire management that cares about that please

1st there’s no teller here to give you change so I had to wait 10 minutes, for her to return. Then when I ask for the change I needed, granted it’s a business account, I’m told the vault person isn’t here so I can’t get change……why is this branch open if no one is ever there to do what’s needed??????

If you’re going to require me to visit a branch office to open an account for my son, then make sure you have the staff to do it. Employees at the branches should not be having conference calls with anyone during business hours. Leave that to the offices. I should not have to make an appointment to do things like this. This location is a joke.
