Had the best experience today compare to all the store I was at. Bath & body work gave me the best birthday experience and didn’t even know it. Everyone is attentive! Cashiers helped me out by bringing the two lotions I want to me twice as I was checking out. Ladies help answer my Q/concerns. Misty checked me out twice because I didn’t check my B&B works app to redeem all my goodies. Unfortunately I didn’t get the guy name said filled my bag to the top and I almost knocked the poster down! I have the best experience! Keep it up! To all the staff that worked durning the time I came in y'all did it!

Clean very well organized store with a wide selection of products! Store staff is friendly and well trained in everything they sell! Men bring your wallet if your girl picks up the basket when entering the store once these girls get together there is no chance of you getting out of there cheap!

Worst bath & body works I've ever been to. Non professional extremely rude over the phone! Never going here again. Takes 3 days for a pickup order of 2 candles! Are you kidding?! It would have been faster to have it shipped from their warehouse
