I will never buy here again, i purchased a battery for a vacuum and for some reason it didnt work it seems it was the battery because the way the charge was acting i assume that but wasnt sure i was almost giving up so i return the battery and since i returned it 1 day late the manager did not wanted to give me a refund and acted really rude and unprofessional and said he would give me store credit so i asked him to give me a replacement and he started arguing and would not want to give me a replacement because he said the battery was good after going back and forth he finally gave me replacement i came back home install it on the vacuum and the vacuum works, i guess that “manager” should learn how to test his batteries and learn how to treat customer better.
