Unprofessional,shady,deceptive all describe Kevin.Went in one evening needing a battery for a work vechicle it was an emergency situation and there was no time to remove battery from truck." Battery on truck was purchased from Kevin." I informed the staff on duty that I would be bringing the battery in for warranty once I had them swapped out and that I wanted to purchase another battery same as the one that I bought for truck. Paid for battery and left...Next day brought in battery from truck they said they had to put it on charger and test to insure it was indeed a bad battery. That they would call next morning....Newt morning I get a call from Kevin saying they had my battery ready I didn't bother going into warranty over phone. That afternoon I went into the location and was told by Kevin that I now had 2 batteries because the battery they sold me 2 days earlier was not the same battery. As if it was my decision to buy the different battery his guys pulled off shelf after I asked for the same battery that I had bought for the same truck the previous year. He started hollering and would get calm and then start hollering again he was like roller coaster of emotionSo I bought a new battery when it should have been covered under warranty of one that I brought in it was not my fault they selected a different battery. They gave me a replacement battery with the sticker from the old and said I didn't get a new warranty and didn't even give the option to buy a warranty.They will not own their own mistakesThey make customers pay for itHave spent alot of money in this store but will not return. DisappointedBEWARE!!!!!

The two boys that were in this store are not trained. Their job was to play on their cell phone and get paid. They took my watch apart and gave it back to me in pieces.inpieces

No sliding doors to assist customers bringing in heavy batteries. Staff not welcoming customers? No offer of assistance to carry products to the vehicle. Minimal conversation on needs assessment. Similar experience at the Firewheel store - both uncharacteristic of previous experience.

I can’t praise enough the great service I experienced at the Rockwall Batteries Plus store. Not only did they have the automobile battery on the shelf, but they installed it for me at no extra charge. Spared me the hassle of making a second trip to exchange my old one. Hats off to a great team! Going to give them all my future battery needs-small and large!

Great value and excellent customer service. Batteries were waiting for me when I arrived. Associates were very helpful and carried the batteries to my vehicle.

I had to get batteries in three different watches and I shopped around. this place only charged 12.99 and did the replacements in just a few minutes. I've also gotten phone screens replaced here. They've always done a great job and I've never had any problems.

This place probably has THE MOST professional setting I've ever been to at a Batteries Plus store. Perfect Customer Service; my needs where met and I didn't need to spend a whole lot of time in the store to get what I needed. The building was very organized and categorized, so finding what I was looking for was very easy. On top of that, the staff was constantly helping me with any questions I had and if I needed something specific or better then what I was looking for, they were VERY informative and knowledgeable of what they have at the store.Thank you for the excellent experience!!!If I remember correctly, I believe the guy's name was Thomas that helped me out the most.

Thoroughly enjoyed my experience at this store location. The customer service was impeccable. The employees seem very knowledgable about their products and services, and they do great work with repairs!!!
