Hannah is the absolute best hairstylist I have ever had. She has transformed my hair in ways I never knew was possible. She has a heart of gold, wonderful smile and amazing service. She makes you feel beautiful, loved, cared for and very understanding. Friendly service and calming atmosphere from the moment you walk in until the moment you leave. Each interaction with staff was

I was on vacation in Rockwall and desperately needed my hair done! I have been to Belfiore years ago and decided to go back. Mikayla was SO sweet and knowledgeable about every detail with my coloring. She really knows what she’s doing and makes sure it’s perfect. The 2 girls helping her were so nice and helpful too! Honestly, this was the best coloring experience I’ve had in years!! Beyond happy with my cut and color! I would travel from New Braunfels to Rockwall for Mikayla!

I went in to see Chelsey after having a nightmare at home DIY haircut and I was so nervous that my hair wouldn’t be able to be saved but Chelsey did such a good job that I left with a haircut I LOVE. She fit me into the schedule really quickly and took her time to listen to me and my concerns and did a perfect haircut. I genuinely can’t recommend her enough!

The staff greeted me friendly! My therapist was running a bit late so it would’ve been nice to let me know while I waited, but Brie apologized when she came to get me so not a big deal :)
I was there for a deep tissue massage and Brie was amazing! She listened to my areas of concern and concentrated on those, which I appreciated.
While checking out, my gift card wasn’t applied and when correcting the error took a while, they graciously refunded and told me not to worry. They assured me Brie would receive her gratuity, but that was above and beyond! Thank you, Befiore!!
I booked my next session and thank my husband for keeping this as a recurring gift!! ❤️

Love Belfiore, the service is always top notch and everyone is happy to see you walk through the door. I have never been unhappy with any service I have received here and have been a client off and on since they opened. Admittedly I followed my favorite stylist when she left, but when our schedules no longer worked, I came right back home to Belfiore! My only complaint, wish they would bring back an estithian for permanent makeup

I haven't found a spa that is better. Beth is the best at massage therapy! Laura is the wonderful at cutting and styling. All are friendly and great at their jobs. It is always a pleasure to come to Belfiore Salon!

Had my first (of many) appointment with Hope today and she absolutely took my hair to another level. I love love the color and cut she did. It’s been years since I have left a salon happy and today, I left the salon in love with my hair thanks to Hope!

I have had 2 visits to Belfiore in the past few weeks. Once for a massage and once for a haircut
Massage: The massage was amazing! Great knowledge from the masseuse and good communication on what to expect. Great mix of pressure and stretching. I should have gotten the 90 minute instead of the 60.
Haircut: My experience was disappointing. I had a short discussion with the stylist before getting started and showed her a picture of what I wanted (it was a picture of me a few weeks back). Unfortunately she misunderstood and I could tell right away. She brought in another stylist to help who also was unable to resolve the issue. Luckily a 3rd stylist came in and was able to salvage the situation. It had to be shorter all over to correct but I can live with that. Hair will grow back.
They did not change me for the haircut which I appreciate. I will be back for future massages but likely not for a haircut.
