Jeremy with Geek Squad is awesome. I was having an issue with my laptop and thought I might have to buy a new one. He was able to troubleshoot my laptop and was very friendly and kind. Thank you for your excellent customer service Jeremy!

Went today to purchase a Samsung phone, waited for someone to help us with the purchase but no one, we went to the front door to ask for help, when the sales person came we told him which phone we want, immediately he said we don’t have it in stock, I said online showed you have it in stock, another associate was walking by said yes we have it in stock, I asked about the earbuds that was bundled with phone, the first associate again was not helpful, finally after we paid for the phone he just put the bag on the counter and walked away. Review your camera you will see how rude he was.

We just left there! And Abdel i believe was his name or maybe Abel, but he helped my fiancée out with gaming PC issue and actual care to help him, we wish he could have gotten commission, but the dude definitely deserves recognition and a raise. Thank you for being kind and extremely helpful!

Great electronics store with helpful staff. The store is kept clean and is easy to navigate. They have all kinds of things here and I sometimes enjoy just coming to check out what's new.

Ross and Jeremy were really great at Geek Squad. I had a jumpy camera issue ( and i had not purchased the camera from Best Buy.) At the store entry , they told me I could still go to Geek Squad to get help. Both of them helped me really well and found a way to get my camera to work properly again. They were both very diligent in troubleshooting and coming up with solutions. Love this and will come again. The fix was to get a Ctype USB.

We all miss circuit city…not much help on the floor and the sales reps have more knowledge of hair and nail extensions than they do electronics sadly.
