Chino & team are the absolute best. We’ve been here twice to check some oil and coolant, and it’s been fast and pleasant both times. Today they happily took my 5 year old up close to the car to help fill the tires with air and peek into how they fix cars. It made his night!

40$ for a basic oil change, most of the time have to remind the staff to do the little things that go a long way - resetting tire pressure or changing the inspection sticker. Not the best place in rockwall but gets the job done, especially for older vehicles or your older cars. I see customers watching staff do work on their cars - an extra eye to make sure no one’s doing anything sketchy to their cars - which is VERY understandable

It’s being a while that I’m using Big D for oil changes and now inspection! I was there today with my baby, and they’re so nice and helpful. All the guys are polite and friendly. They’re also super fast! I was there yesterday too with my other car for oil change and inspection and it was done in less than 20min, also they have a fair price for that.

Will NOT be going back here. Was charged $25 to change a headlight bulb, Have been here before for the same thing and Chino only charged us $10!!!
Terrible customer service. The guy that “helped” us was rude, when I told the guy in the office his worker was rude he said yup! I asked you are ok with workers being rude to your customers? His reply YUP! Cool. I will not be back or recommend anyone coming there.

Just got two tires replaced at Big D Auto & Lube and couldn’t be happier. I compared prices and they gave me a great deal. The job was seamless and done quickly. My wife and I even enjoyed their outdoor sitting area while we waited—not long at all. Thanks for the great service! Highly recommend.

Our go-to repair shop for our 3 paid off vehicles with model years of 2014-2020. They’re really good about calling with a price for repairs before doing anything. Their prices are great. And they’ve always been fair and honest in our experience. They don’t do work just to do it. Highly recommend.
