No organization, like items located in multiple places. Online it shows they have items in stock at this location but in the store they don't have the item

The experience I had when I applied for the card was not bad, the experience I had with the store was and is being terrible, I bought some sofas, I had to rent a u-haul van to be able to pick it up and the person The person in charge of delivering it gave us the same piece. I called to say what happened but I needed assistance in Spanish. A very friendly girl answered and told me that she spoke Spanish but that she was going to ask her manager because she was not in charge of furniture. I put it on hold and a man immediately answered me asking me if I needed anything, I told him I needed assistance in Spanish and he told me that there was no one, I told him yes because the girl had already answered me but he insisted that there was no one there. So I decided to hang up the call and go to the store personally and the only solution they gave me was: sorry, you have to bring the other piece so we can give you the one you need. I didn't like that because it wasn't my fault and here I am losing more than them. That's not fair so Big Lost I wouldn't recommend it to anyone and I would tell what happened until now I have the two identical pieces in my house and they haven't solved anything for me. Mr. Tim is a racist and arrogant person, he asked for my number to supposedly give me a solution and so that I could get out of there and not try to solve anything. Be careful in this store because if what you buy here turns out to be defective and you return, they put a lot of obstacles in your way and in my case they have not given me a solution.
