Came in with air line leak and couldnt figure where it coming from. Worked with the guys there and they helped me diagnose and replace a line they assumed was causing the problem. Fixed it right up. Kudos to Jayden who helped me replace the line and the other gentleman who suggested to replace it. Thank you all, will be back for future mods on my c63.

Branded Customs is a local gem. If you’re looking to get a lift out on your truck, look no further. I began the process with a simple phone call and was then sent a text to submit a request of the work I wanted done. Within an hour I had an estimate sent over to me. I was able to drop my truck off and the crew went to work. We ran into a small issue when I picked up my truck but I received a call personally from the owner, Jay. He fixed the small issue without hesitation and showed amazing customer service and care throughout the process. He has also followed up multiple times to ensure everything was fantastic. I cannot recommend this place enough. Amazing work, competitive prices, and the owner is truly in the business of taking care of his customers. Thank you, Branded Customs!

Branded Customs is hands down the best! Justin completely transformed my 8-year-old Range Rover Sport with a sleek custom wrap that gave it a brand-new look. I had AFE charge pipes installed by BC. A year later I had a coolant leak at the radiator. Took it to Toyota and they informed me the fan shroud had been worked on and replaced with a missing connection that caused it to rub and puncture the radiator. The cost to to repair was $1900, I almost fell out, I could not figure how this happened. Then I remembered BC did the charge pipe install, so I thought well I will go back and see if they would help me on this.
MUCH to my surprise Jay not only helped me, he fixed it on his dime. He asked if I would let him do the work and lower the cost, and of course I said yes.
I called today to say thank you for helping me, he could have told me to pound sand, but he didn't. That is what I call customer service! Branded Customs, Jay Ivey, you have my business for life! Not many shops would stand behind their work, but BC did!
I highly recommend these guys!!

Had my windows tinted. The guys here know what they are doing, easy to talk to very professional and very helpful. Good prices and good guys, came in during lunch and they even offered me some pizza. I would highly recommend stopping by for their services.

I have a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee and needed to add a subwoofer but didn't want a big box in the back. This crew was the only one I spoke to who had a solution for me - a sub that fit inside of my spare tire! Awesome! I also had them change out a couple of door speakers. When I dropped my car off they gave me a ride back home and the DELIVERED the car to me when it was done! There a small, bizarre issue with the sub - so I took my car back to them. There installer knew exactly what the issue was (not one caused by them) and fixed it in minutes. Great group to work with - highly recommend :)

Took my car there to have a new spoiler, tail lights and shifter installed. The guys were all very helpful and got the work done the same day. My car went from being bone stock and boring to having some personality thanks to the guys at Branded. I look forward to going back and seeing what else they can do.
Update: I actually received a follow-up call from them asking if everything was still good and I was still happy with the work. Not many businesses take the time to do that, and it made me feel appreciated. During the call, I decided that I'm definitely returning to have my exhaust work done.
