Texas continues to surprise me with its customer service! I had the best experience with Amanda and Andrew at the Forney location. They were very friendly and seemed genuinely kind and wanted to help. I highly recommend this storage company and specifically this location.

A 6-year member, service continues to be above expectations. A Rockwall resident, I stopped by this morning and found friendly, personal service with awesome one stop management for storage and transportation of our Christmas displays to and from home. A 15-foot truck was perfect for our needs. Thank you BTA service representations ... I appreciate you making it easy, and quick. Thanks too for keeping my spare key on site, for times I forget.

Kaytlyne and Vivianna helped me today get my new storage unit and it was a super smooth and easy process. They made it easy to pick the unit I wanted and streamlined the process. I would definitely recommend to others.

Just rented 2 units from Taylor. She was a pleasure to work with to get what we needed. She made it easy to choose them over other facilities in the area. The units and premises are clean and in good shape and with good security so happy with our choice to use BTA in Rockwall. Thank you Taylor for your helpful, cheerful personality.

Compared many facilities on line and chose BTA. They were the least expensive and after using their storage facility, couldn't be any more happy! Units are very clean, and they have friendly customer service on top of that! Great business!

Needed a couple of units they had what I needed, were friendly, professional. Rented uhaul trucks and trailers from BTA before so I expected good service and got it again.

It was easy and convenient to reserve online and to complete the paperwork electronically. Very quick and courteous responses from Amanda. After calling a few other places, I greatly appreciated that they have pricing on their website. Decided to go with BTA because of these qualities.
