The website allows you to reserve and even pay for vehicles online at this location, only to arrive and find out they are completely out of cars. This can really ruin a business trip or vacation when you have a reservation number yet they say there are no cars.While the agent was stating they were all out, I went back on the website and reserved another car at that same location. Once again, the website showed they have plenty of cars, but the agent swears there are none.

Rent a car they don’t have one there have me Uber 100 dollars to the next location where I’m told there is a car. Nope end up unerring back and no rental car. $221 worth of Uber and never got in a rental. Owner is as unprofessional and rude as it gets. It’s your fault not there’s

I prepaid $456 for a Kia soul online to be picked up at 8am at the Steger Towne Crossing location. That morning they called me and said it would not be available until around 10:30am, which was ok. I received a call from a male staff member saying my car was ready at 10:30. I informed him I would be there in about 30 minutes. Something came up and it was actually about an hour later before I arrived, only to be told that my rental had been given to someone else since I wasn't there at 11am to pick up my PREPAID rental. He informed me my prepaid car rental was given to someone else because he didn't know what my intentions were. My intentions were to pick up the car I prepaid $456 for. I was then offered a car that my things wouldn't fit in because of the size of the trunk. He kept saying he didn't know what my intentions were and that's why my car was rented to someone else. I asked if that was in their policy that they can give away a car that's been paid for since I was an hour late getting up there and he said yes. I asked for a manager over him to call me and still haven't heard from anyone a week later. Terrible customer service with this guy.

I always have a good experience, however I learned that an immediate vehicle is a high end economy vehicle. I know to stick to a Full Size or Small SUV. It definitely was Great on gas, but I prefer comfort vs. fuel economy ?.

Incredibly rude service. Called to reserve a car from a mechanic shop and then they told me that there was no car after I ubered there, but I could see the car I had reserved in front of the store. Then they told me that the car was out of service, but then they rented it to someone else as I was sitting out front trying to figure out other accommodations.

Made a reservation and they didn’t have a car. Instead of helping me or upgrading my rental they told me that I could call around and see if if I find anything on my own or go to the airport.

This location makes the car rental experience more terrible than it should be. If you have a pet and you are traveling with them, save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere. We vacuumed the car before returning it, which we also did the last time just to make sure we don’t get charged for “excessive” pet hair. We were told it’s “excessive”. Rather than paying $250 for a few left overs we missed with a vacuum, we used a lint roller to sweep up the last few. We managed to clean up the “excessive” hair in about 4-5 minutes pretty easily. Then we were told it’s clean.

Customer service is extremely lacking. I don't expect to be doted on but I do expect some level of friendliness and a welcoming demeanor. This was not the case when both picking up and dropping off the rental. It got even better when we had a difference of opinion regarding cleanliness of the vehicle we were returning (even though Budget's website AND the agreement I initialed supported the fact that our rental was returned in acceptable condition.) When I stated that the agreement is very subjective regarding the rental's condition upon return, I was told I could have my own opinion. My opinion is that I won't be renting from this company in the future. I would recommend renting elsewhere.

The worst customer service experience ever! The lady at the front desk said the gas tank was missing five dollars worth and that the van was filthy inside. She demanded that we needed to go clean it and refill up the gas before returning. My husband refused, so she said it will be an extra charge for the gas and the cleaning! I have never had such a bad experience with a car rental before. Zero customer service skills!

Worst customer service I have ever received. If you make the decision to walk into this place be prepared to receive horrible customer service. There is a short haired blonde lady working the front desk. She will immediately begin to act like you are a chore. You can tell she is not happy to be there. The staff at this location are robots and can not think outside of the box. I should have canceled the rental then but I had places to be. I took the vehicle and upon inspection it was dirty. I took cleaning wipes and wiped the inside of the vehicle down. The wipes were solid black after the wipe down. Absolutely disgusting. On the wipe down I found used pony tail holders and napkins. I then got on my way. Upon my return I was running behind 8 minutes. I called to notify the company. They did not answer so it went through to the cooperate location. They informed me there was no drop box for the keys, to leave the vehicle in the parking lot, and I would not be charged. Fast forward a few days later...I was charged. Now I am on the phone again with this company fixing the issue. AVOID THIS PLACE. Go anywhere else. I would walk rather than go here again. I do not usually write reviews but did not want another paying customer to feel the disrespect I have.
